The STC Group is a specialist provider of vocational training and recruitment solutions for young people aged 16-18 and adults 19+. We are fully independent but are Ofqual regulated and we aim to ensure the highest standards in training and care for our students as well as supporting employers enhance their workforce’s.

Our training is subject to strict quality assurance processes with checks both internally and Ofqual regulated accredited training that is subject to Ofsted inspection.
Our trainers have worked in industry, meaning that they have relevant experience to the course you are studying and are well placed to advise on industry standards and careers.
With The STC Group, you get more than just training. Our staff can advise on finance and careers to help you through your training and intro employment or an apprenticeship.
We can deliver trade course in construction and we are approved to deliver accredited training through the CITB, CSkills NOCN and VTCT meaning that our qualifications are industry recognised. We also offer a wide range of apprenticeships to help get your career off to a flying start.
