The STC Group is a specialist provider of vocational training and recruitment solutions for young people aged 16-18 and adults 19+. We are fully independent but are Ofqual regulated and we aim to ensure the highest standards in training and care for our students as well as supporting employers enhance their workforce’s.

We work closely within local areas to ensure our provision reflects local labour market demand, employer insight and community priorities. By shaping our programmes around real skills needs, we help learners access meaningful opportunities that are achievable and relevant to their local economy. 

Our strong employer and partner relationships enable us to respond to skills shortages and reduce barriers to employment by connecting learners with work experience, jobs and progression routes that lead to long‑term outcomes. 

Learners benefit from a wraparound support model, with named staff who provide regular one‑to‑one guidance and early intervention where challenges arise. This support covers attendance, wellbeing, confidence and employability, and continues beyond programme completion to help learners transition successfully into employment or further learning. 

Through locally responsive delivery and consistent, personalised support, we improve access, retention and progression for learners, generating lasting social value for individuals, employers and the communities we serve.
